Access PaperSave options from the Batch section
Follow the below steps to access the PaperSave options from the Batch option within the Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge:
1) Login to Raiser’s Edge and click on Batch in the Raiser’s Edge bar on the left side of the screen, as shown below.
2) Once Batch page opens, create new Gift Batch or select the desired Gift Batch type from the existing list of batches or "Recently Accessed Batches" section, as shown below.
Note: PaperSave only supports the Gift Batch Type in the Raiser’s Edge.
3) If you have created the new batch, then add records within the batch.
4) Now, when you will move to the next row in the batch, or save the records in the batch, it will prompt the Add Document dialog box as shown below where clicking on Yes will redirect to PaperSave's Add document window, and on No, it will close the dialog box.
5) If you have opened any existing Gift Batch and select the record that already has one or more PaperSave documents associated, then it will prompt you the dialog box with the following options as shown below.
Note: When you are saving the record with the batch or moving to the next line in the Batch data entry, PaperSave will prompt Add Document dialog box. And, if any PaperSave document is associated with the record then it will prompt the dialog box with PaperSave Add/Show document options.
